SINCE 1986

Created in 1986 by a Cincinnati native, Cincy's is now owned and operated by Bonnie Kays. Interestingly, Bonnie didn't just walk in one day and purchase the restaurant from its founder, simply because she liked it - she purchased it because she had been a long-time employee who respected the model, cherished the recipes, and valued the customers.

Bonnie bought it to take up the mantle and continue Cincy's excellence for generations to come. All these years later, she's more passionate than ever - and she's readying herself to grow Cincy's beyond downtown Greensboro.
